holy bamf gas tank, batman!

are you going to keep the stock tank and add this one, or replace it? if you get rid of it, you could make that area into storage or something...

Yeah its pretty big, I'm thinking of just running the new one. Yeah I was planning on building some storage bins into the floor.

Heh, yeah I try. Sometimes they aren't the best though.

So I finally took off the grill because it kept shaking loose and started with something new for it.

i just thought of something

1) are you going to make/finish the front grill?

2) is that enough air flow?

just curious...

Well since I made the grill of 22ga steel I just added some 16ga bracing on the back so it wouldn't be really flimsy then painted it. I'm not going to really put that much time into it since it will probably all change when I get around to building a bumper. As for air flow, it should be just fine, atleast 1/4 of the radiator isn't covered by the grill.

And if it starts annoying you, just change it to something else. Seems like trying anything is the theme to this build, which is why its so AWESOME!

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

Thanks, yeah I have learned so much while working on this truck to get it to this point, I just like trying different things.

Finished up my square drive shaft and mounted it in the freezing cold.

Just to show the clearances and the reason for the hood.

I'll give him a call tomorrow, hopefully he still has all the specs on file.

Subscribed! I wish I had your type of vision for the future of my truck! You took that beat up old 81 and turned it into one of the most unique trucks I have ever seen! I am extremely envious of your creative ideas and fabrication skills. Keep up the fantastic and imaginative work!

Best
