they worked before I changed timing set. brake lights, tail lights, and sidemarkers all work. I changed the headlight relay, thinking that was the issue. didn't fix it. then I checked to see if I had power to the relay and I don't. fuses are all good but there isn't any power to either of the headlight fuses at all. FSM says to check fuseable links, but I cant find any. does anyone know where they are located and or what else to check?

 

The fusible links are right at the positive post of the battery. Probably green wires going into harness on the right fender well. If you look at the green wires, look for bubbling, deformation running your fingers the whole length you might feel where it is broken. Basically the whole length of the wire is a slow blowing fuse. You can find replacement wire at auto store
