well i landed an 83 22r pickup and this thing is a mess the wiring has all been half hazardly done and i finally got it running last week. first id like to ask when i go to start the truck the other day it cranks right up and and blam shut off ok its been sitting no big deal go to start again nothing cranks but doesnt start i have fuel and fire however when i hold it wide open and turn it over( i thought i had flooded it) it pops back out the carb ive adjusted the distributor all over the place with no luck...what is going on? secondly if anyone has wiring and vaccuum diagrams for under the hood it would be greatly appreciated thanks guys

So these are from my '81 Toyota Factory service manual. I don't know how much if anything changed it two years but it should give you a start...Wiring gremlins suck...
Quality is not the greatest, I had to take pictures in sections with my crappy digital...
