1980 base 4x4
Hi, I just picked up an 80 4x4 truck, original paint, red, stock height, pretty much an old guy truck, even came with an old man aluminum canopy. Its clean with zero rust, but the natural dings and dents for being almost 40 years old. The guy I got it from did a bunch of work to it, W56 trans swap with new rebuilt drive lines, resealed the transfer-case, full tune up, Webber carb with manual choke. Mechanically this truck is great, he did put some bucket seats in it, and it is a nice rig.
The only thing I need to do is build a cover for the trans tunnel since it had to be modified for the transmission swap, and I would like to put a bench seat back in it. I might upgrade the manual stearing to power but that is about it.
I don't remember how to post pics, or I would get some up.

Solid, two-piece, alloys! Very cool and definitely different. Most people try to find those white spoke wheels that you already have.
You could easily pop that dent in the passenger front fender out. Probably even do it with a plunger from the outside but the fenders come off easily and it would be a cinch from the inside.
You said it's a '80 base model but you have window wings in your doors which I thought was just an SR5 option.
Awesome truck!
