It is a mix of r154 internals and the stock v6 trans. Not an hacked up bell housing deal. Front drive shaft hasn't been installed from the SAS swap yet but yes the truck does still have 4x4 and it does work.

boomyanker, Im curently doing a 1jz vvti into my 84 runner. I would greatly apprecite any help on this speedbump im stuck on. So im using a R150f trans out of a 5vz runner already mated to the R154 bellhousing. Im getting huge mixed answer on what i can and can not do with flywheel/clutch setup. Whatsetup do you have as far as Trans/bellhousing/flywheel and clutch?....Also im assuming you used a rear sump oil pan on yours?......Any feedback on the trans i would greatly appreciate,Thanks....build is still very fresh but here is the link https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f161...runner-266328/
