WTT 1985 4runner 22re/w56
Putting this up for trade. 197,xxx or so miles. 1100 miles on rebuilt engine done by a local machine shop. I have had no trouble with this engine. It has great oil pressure (~20 idle, 80 or so at 4k rpm) New 210cc injectors. Starts up first crank every time.
Good:
>Solid axle truck
>frame is solid, surface rust but frame rails are plenty thick and not rusted through. Full of dirt though so I can't guarantee PERFECT condition
>rebuilt engine
>good tires (29" on stock sr5 rims or 33" on generic rims or both)
>cruises 80 on interstate on almost all hills.
>Gauge cluster all works
>sunpro oil psi gauge
>sunpro temp gauge
Bad:
>Rough all around. Body is pretty rusty but not beyond repair
>interior is bad. Perfect for a wheeler
>roof leaks where topper meets cab. Has rust holes so more than just a seal issue
>roof replaced at some point
>windshield leaks a bit due to crappy glue in job
>topper has a crappy bondo repair on it. Doesn't leak but looks bad. Glass is all good
>has a bad miss under power. Hardly noticeable free revving it but it won't drive down the road for the most part. I'm positive it's not the engine I think it may be an injector or ignition issue.
Would like to trade for a 4x4 pickup or 4runner or Landcruiser or even a Samurai
I really would like to keep this and build it but at the same time I'm in college and would like something a bit less beat up looking.
$2000 OBO because price is required

Pics are not up to date I tore most of the dash out and put in a stripped down dash with no glove box or HVAC but it still has the gauge cluster. ECU is not laying on the floor anymore. Also tore the headliner out it was pretty gross.
I would consider selling parts if one were to buy the engine or something but I wont just tear out the front axle and sell it to you.

Might be a good option for you - folks there are trying to get rid of piece parts like you're looking for, as opposed to the seller here who would like to get rid of the whole truck.
