tim,

i dont know specifically for your vehicle, but when you are buying tools, always buy the set. at least for my 98 4runner w/ V6, you will need different sizes for all of the plugs you mentioned---the rear diff being the largest.

just buy yourself a large set of metric tools and then you'll be covered just fine

When working on Toyota's, these are the sizes you need:
8,10,12,14,17,19,21,22,24,30,32,36mm. To answer your questions you need 24mm and 17mm for the trans and diffs. I believe the fill plug for the tranny is 17mm and the diff and the transfer case is 24mm.

Pretty sure the front diff needs a 10mm (drain) and 12mm hex head (fill).
