Thats a little pricey for what it is though.. im sure you might be able to fashion something up for a lot cheaper.... just my $.02..

 

Cool product, just not a cool price. If you were to need something like that on the trail, I believe you could make your own for cheaper.

 

shoot. thats expensive, why not just mount a smaller vise to the rig... but its a real cool idea

 

like horse ferriers.

 

The price is a bit high but if you use it at home in the garage too it works out to be about the same as buying a bench vise but you get true portability I think I may just buy one.

 

Here's another option. $20, bring your own vise.

Well what would you pay to have one of these . I could see if it was feasible

After looking closer this is so easy to make . I had thought that the jaws were machined from one piece that they are welded . the only real expense would be the acme thread . If I remember can be bought in lengths .

This is America if people want to pay $150.00 for that more power to the seller.
