Your whole pipe or just your tailpipe? And why?

You can pick up a "tail pipe expander" at harbor freight.

I used one of those tail pipe expanders from harbor freight to re-do my tailpipes. It worked pretty good for me, you can definately get the 1/4 with them.

Shazad,
If you didn't know there is a Harbor Freight store in Gaithersburg in a stripmall behind Lakeforest Mall. Plus I have a machine shop at work in Gaithersburg that might be able to help out also if you need it. Let me know

thanks man. I ended up going to advanced auto. They had the tool and it worked great.

I know about harbor freight. I just hate that they dont take credit cards. So I always have to go to the store find out how much the item is. Then hit the atm then go back and purchase it.

My local HF store takes cards, or you can order on-line. I use a set of tailpipe expanders I got from JC Whitney many years ago. They work fairly well, best on steel tube, a bit harder to stretch s/s tubing. They are also handy for cleaning up tube that has been deformed a little due to clamps or whatever. I usually use mine with a impact gun and then reposition tool a partial turn and re-stretch the tube to get a nice round finished product.
