I didn't get a chance to call them yesterday due to operational tempo. I did email Jesus again to see what he says.

There's any number of possible hang ups, and my other order arrived. So I'm 2 for 3 with them. I'll let you know what happens.

Yeah I didn't think anything about it until the parts I ordered from a shop in Kyoto, Japan the same day showed up... and still no response from Orem, UT.

Low Range got back to me, they were waiting on a back ordered cam. I told them to cancel it and send the rest.

They did, I have a tracking number and a refund for the charges. That was all done in less than 15 min.

Stand up guys, they did what I felt was right and I'll order again.

Thats the way to be with vendors that don't give a notice of some sort with in a week of placing the order, Its happened with me and most times I tell them to foget the whole order and they offer me a price thats really to good to pass up but I also give them notice that if it happens again they won't be getting my business anytime soon if they don't follow up with me and certain items.

In my defense I gave them 3 weeks. They replied to one out of three emails... took 4 days but once I finally got ahold of someone it got taken care of in like 15 min.

It came out fine. I still would roll with them.

awesome dude, so far I've had no problems with Harbor Feight at all, There is a BIG sale going on this weekend I'll be ordering some stuff come sunday, lol, thats the biggest deal day of this weekend from what I can tell, lol
