I ordered a 3 parts from them. The shifter ball an socket bushings and a Bomb proof transmission mount for my 87 Toyota 4x4 on July 27th 2013. Recieved the parts on the 6th of August, checked everything an found all items were exactly what i needed. Installed them all at lunch break today in a half hours time. Shifts great no more thumping on the floor board from the bad trans mount during accels an decels. I had a half hour to kill so i checked out there website to see what other goodies i needed for my Toy. Saw the same trans mount on special this month for $55. Bummed out i missed the sale price by just a couple days, i shot them an email to see if i could get the sale price. 3 hours later i get a email from them an i was refunded $20..they honered the sale price for me! That is awesome customer service in my book an they will be my go to company when i need anything!

I've ordered numerous samurai oem parts, arftermarket, and specialty parts from them and they have had excellent customer service each time. I'm currently looking at a few things for my toyota too.

 

Yep ordered 4.7 gears and a twin stick from them Monday and had them at my door on Friday. Fantastic!

 

I have nothing but good to things to say about them as well. They've always shipped me the right parts the first time. Customer service has always been awesome. Those guys rocks!

FANTASTIC company! Every single time I've dealt eith them, their customer service has been second to none! Twice, I called in order to get a couple more complicated questions answered, quickly, and the last time I spoke with them, they even recommended a product that they don't carry, considering my setup for onboard air puts out 200 psi. The prices are great as well, and everything has shipped to me within a day or two and come very shortly thereafter. They are definitely on the top of my list for future purchases that they might happen to carry.

I accidentally ordered the wrong bushings once (they had it wrong on their website) and they send me the correct bushing free of charge and I didn't have to return the others. Super good service. They will always have my business.

 

I've been dealing Tyler over there for a few things and he has been very knowledgeable and helpful. They've been my first call lately.

 

i have had nothing be great service from them the last couple of years since WabFab took a major dump.
Had a little hiccup on a smaller order, Low Range Off Road quickly fixed it. They are my go to source for Trail-gear parts and other cool stuff like shifters

I've had 3 orders from them. The first one was great, the third one was great.... the second one I ordered on 21 May.... I got one piece of 7 and I can't get any info on the other 6 parts?...

I emailed them and they said they'd ship it "when we ship it"....

So no more purchases until they get caught up.

 

I wouldn't either dude imho. so far I've got everything that I ordered so I've had no problem getting it. When I order th parts they emailed me the tracking numbers of every part and I checked them till I got them, I suggest you call them back with the order numbers that you've not got yet and give them the details you've found so they can investigate the problem on they're dime and not yours. Thats exactly what I would do.
