[WA] Tahuya and Funny/Moon Rocks

There were two WATTORA events this past weekend.

One was a trip out to The New Tahuya!

And the other was out to Funny Rocks/Moon Rocks:

They were both a GREAT time. From what I hear/see, Tahuya is not "the one your father knew". There's been some backhoe work and there are a lot of new challenges.

Personally, I was on "The Rocks" run (my first time up there) and even though that I lost a few teeth out of my ring gear (oops!), I had a GREAT time.

I'm really bringing up these trips to show that it's important to keep an eye on ALL of the clubs that are around the Pacific NW. Just 'cause YT doesn't have a run on a specific weekend, doesn't mean that something else isn't going on!

For example, last weekend SNORT had an event happening and WATTORA had two!

Join all the clubs you can find in your area! There's usually a good bit of crossover between "your" folks and if you keep half an eye out, it's hard to be bored on the weekends.

C'mon out and play!

Definitely a good time, got to put my "new" Sonoran Steel rear bumper to the test, definitely saved me some body damage in the "sluice."

Man, that ledge looks alot nastier than when we drove through it, which is unusual since typically the pics don't do it much justice.

Just thought I would add to you guys and put some good shots of each of you up.

Here are a couple good ones:

David tackling the sluice and using the bumper:

Me riding a small sluice of my own:

See ya later and hope to wheel with all of you soon!
