UT-TTORA/Yota Tech Mar. 24 Run Photo's (56k??)

UT-TTORA/Yotatech (me and another guy are both members of these 2 forums) had another little meet today just 4 of us. Three 4runners and one Tacoma, more people were supposed to come but that failed. So hopefully, we'll have more on the next run. Any how here are the photos, not 56k friendly.

So that driveshaft came out unscathed?! Your freakin' me out now. Man, I'm having busted driveshaft flashbacks. I need to get a breath of fresh air, be right back folks.

Dude, that truck was stuck between the gas tank and the transfer case skid plate. when he went forward he'd smack the gas tank, when he went backwards he'd hit the transfer case. We had to have him go forward as far as he could, then we piles rocks behind his front wheels. We got a rig to get behind him and pull as he hit the gas in the truck in reverse. This way he was able to get over the transfer case and he was unstuck without any real damage. His driveshaft was hitting the rock but didn't break. He got some sweet dents in his gas tank though and left some sweet black marks on the rock. Good times.

That was the only real excitement except for me trying to figure out how to use a clutch on a steep incline. The mud was fun to drive through but it caked on my engine pretty good. It took forever to get it off everything.

ya, it was a good time and I was able to put my tow strap to use. I think he ended up causing damage to another one of skip plates as well. Wil you did pretty good with your 4runner on that one incline. I think I had the only automatic of the group this time around. I was hoping that cody would've done a little more in 4runner on that ledge but oh well.

Ya, its too bad we didn't get a better picture of it(my fault, I didn't even get my camera out of my bag). It seriously flew like 20 feet right over our heads. When it was coming at us it looked like it was out to attack us. And then he was friendly enough to give us a wave as he passed back by us. It was very cool.
