Playing at the mouth of the 'RubiCon'

Well, Sunday found me takin a freind and his new Xterra to task at the entrance to the Rubicon. Nothing fancy but it did get interesting after I aired down. I discovered my air down valves were set to 11lbs. I thought I had reset them for 16...

I went to climbover a section(which my girlfreind didn't think possible) I almost made it when there was the sound of escaping air...She was freakin out "You got a flat Stop!"
No such thing. I had rolled the bead a little and lost 4 more pounds in the left rear. Apperently I kicked out a rock and slipt in a crack.

Anyhow here are some pics. Sadly she didn't get a pic of the blowout action and climb..(to much excitement..)

I also utilized my rear bumper a bit hehe. Thats what it's there for till I get better steel.
