Failed attempt at Cobra Trail obstacle. I don't know the name, but is pretty narly. Had I not stopped here, I would have rolled off to the right and definitely put it on my lid, down in front of the spectators.



Here I successfully climb a ledge on the Cobra Trail. Last time I tried this ledge, I didn't make it and had to winch out. This time, I had the right line and walked right up.

I have been looking at the pics and vids over the past few days from a thread over on fjcruiserforums site.

A twelve year kid has been spotting and driving his dad's new FJ Cruiser, and has some good pics of the coverage from the runs.

 

Nice videos. Guess someone will be investing in a spare tire rack... or at least a better one.

You had a couple good stalls there. Pays to have the experience as to exactly when to say "No" to the throttle.

Great shot of your rig flexing through that last obstacle. Nice line.

Farmington has that affect on peeps, One of my favorite places anyway.

Indeed, cool videos. I'm glad I was able to get the Lion's Back video before access to it was closed off. Its definitely a classic now...
