Killer pics! Your "backyard" looks like a frame twister!

What island are you on?

Erich

edit: My guess is Kauai and your backyard looks a lot like some trials up Waimea Canyon along Hwy 550? Just a guess

I was thinking that, I know it's the culture there, but has anyone mentioned that if those trucks weren't so tall the all wouldn't flip over all the time?

If I remember correctly that was a 2wd chassis that was converted to a front SAS but it is still only 2wd with no transfer case, right? I remember seeing somewhere on the net of Toyota trucks in Hawaii that they did this. Is this true?

actually, the orange truck is 4 wheel drive with driveshaft and transfer case.

i personally dont like the look of 15x18 rims with stretched out tires. it basically looks like beach balls on the truck. if you have to air down, it'll probably break the bead..

I love the Hawaiian style trucks. Got some 15x14 n 33x13.50 on an '83 and an '85 on 36x12.50-16 and 16x8. All styles are beatiful when on the mighty Yota's!!!!
