Took a quick day trip to Evans Creek this past weekend. No rain here for a long time made this into a survival test for ingesting road dust. Just one pretty picture of Ranier in all it's glory with the three vehicles. No excitement or carnage to report but it was a nice day.

That is an awesome place to wheel. What trails did you run?

 

Not sure what numbers, I'd have to look at the map. Mostly easy stuff. We got on one harder trail and got stopped a little ways in by some kids in a truck that were not making it up one of the hills. Wouldn't give up, wouldn't back down, we decided to just turn around. Was a fun day besides all the dust, and you can't beat the views.

 

Sounds like you had a good time. Never been out there myself, but would like to go at some point.

 

WATTORA is planning a run there at the end of the month, you should sign up and come along.
