Cleghorn Ridge, 12/6/08, AKA round 2

blessed with perfect weather, we hit up cleghorn again with a few from the original crew last month. Scott, scuba, and Troy. I decided to let us finish the run today with no breaking, and it was a great time!

see the really wild looking area to the right? that's where Scott drove his tank though. we missed the pictures but it looked like something out of a 4wheeling magazine. the mighty silver runner is a machine to be feared. after walking the section i still could not see how it was even possible

Scotts damn nice retreads

IFS in the house yo! hahah

More Pics and vids soon...

I believe the first one is of me...It makes me giggle...

Az, Scotts Tank I believe has a 1" Spacer lift with Toytec Coilovers up front.
As for the bumper its a shockworks...
I didnt know which setup you meant
Idk what his backspacing on the rims is though, he runs 285/75/16's with only mild rubbing at full stuff and he trimmed the mud flaps..
I believe the shocks are ome..?

If you wanna talk to him
Here...
You can pm him here, He's on Ultimateyota.com
His name is scooter25

Hey those pics and vids are awesome. Do any of those rigs have lockers. I live in victorville and want to do cleghorn, but i have heard lockers are required. Are there any bypasses?

The silver runner, Scotts "Tank" has a stock e locker...
Me in the blue truck and troy both do not have lockers...and the rest of our trucks are stock..

Scott said he was doing everything the whole day unlocked, and im sure that was the case...
Cleghorn is a very simple trail, Lockers ARE NOT required...And yes there is a bypass for everything difficult...
I took one bypass the whole day, and thats cause the downhill stuff scares me more...for some reason..

Do you have an SAS ? it looks like it in your sig..
Im sure the three of us will run cleg again soon, its a great trail with great views...Once I do get my locker, ill be planning a shakedown up there...

Cleghorn ridge is located in Southern California between Victorville and San bernardino just off the 15 freeway. It is about 14 miles south of Victorville. If you were to google map Cleghorn rd. it comes up.
