Devil's Canyon is closed. I met with the BLM and they are just waffling and
playing bureaucrat. The trail was closed in 2002 when BLM did an assessment
for the RAMP they were doing then and they deemed it "impassable". It might
help if people would call the BLM El Centro office. My point is
that 90% of the trail is within 200 yards of a major interstate freeway and
most of it runs across the 'fill' rubble from the building of that freeway.

what would happend if we ran it anyways like we never knew. If it was closed since 2002, I could not tell when we ran it. I love that trail, and this we should still run it. Im calling tomm. to put in my 2 cents
