If you want shiney aluminum try getting aluminum duct sealing tape from home depot or Lowes. It is real shiney and reflective and will stick real good. It should also take a bit of heat cause it's designed for that purpose.

Found a pic of it on www.homedepot.com look under heating and cooling then under tape. $6.45 for a roll. sku#915245

hey fink- go to napa with your map light bulbs and you will find some that are practically the same size and will fit in the housings but are 10w instead of 5w for the front seat bulbs and 7w for the passenger seat light, much much brighter!
