98' Tacoma won't shift
My 98 five speed, 4cyl, started having some trouble last night on the way home. I couldn't get it to shift into anything using the clutch. There is plenty of fluid, and the pedal is never getting stuck. I thought that since it was 25 below something froze up, but after all night in the garage I can't get it into reverse ( without shuttting it off). But even doing that is starting to go south because the clutch won't disengage anything. The truck has 125 K on it and hasn't had any other problems.
Any advice on where or what I should start looking at?

So after some reading it sounds like it's either the slave or master cylinder. I haven't bleed the system yet, and think that should be on the top of my list. Am I on the right track?

I'll bleed it first thing this evening. I never felt anything slip, it just started getting a little tough to shift in especially when the RPM's weren't matched, then it got really bad. When the clutch is all the way down it still tries to creep forward, and impossible to get first without turning it off and starting in gear.
Thanks

Just to make sure. Is it good practice to swap out both the Master and Slave cylinders is bad? I've heard that if the slave is shot that could mean you had some garbage get into the master cylinder too.
