All of you have either bad alternators, or the charge is not reaching the battery correctly.
Replacing the brushes is one POSSIBLE solution, and a cheaper option that the whole assy. But you will be out the money if the brushes doesn't fix it. As for those of you who power wash electronics.....stop doing that. Electricity and Water don't mix, despite what Monopoly might tell you!

The brake light is also a Caution light. So, with the charge and brake light its just letting you know there is an issues with the charging system. 90% of the time its the alternator.

O how i miss
Another vote on trying new brushes first. Also another vote on STOP PRESSURE WASHING YOUR ELECTRONICS. And maybe if you can get your head in there see if the connections are corroded or funked up. clean your battery terminals. Regular truck ain't broke but i wanna do something stuff.
