So my low beam for the driver side is on. Right is off, but when on high beam mode. Both lights work?

Can it be a bad right bulb ? Or something else ?

I'd start with the bulb..if they are an H4 style or type remember not to touch it bare handed, oil from your fingers can. Cause jt to either blow right away or shorten the life drastically

That's what I'm thinking too.

+1 on bulb.
See schematic of stock 22RE (you did not say what year-model yours is) below.

Disconnect connector, measure resistance between pin 1 and 3. That's the resistance across low-beam filament. You should get very low resistance (couple of ohms). If open, your filament is burnt.
Pin 1 is where Red wire with green stripe goes.
Pin 3 is where red wire with white stripe goes.

(Also measure 2 & 3 if you'd like but not necessary).

I would convert to H4 Housings and put some PIAA bulbs or Silverstars in there.
Way better than any sealed beams. I was stationed in AK for 4 years, you wanna see that moose before it gets too close
Plus they have a better beam pattern to cut through the snow, HELLA housings are awesome

plus easier to swap out the bulb than taking apart half the grill..

The silver star 6054's are amazing compared to stock, much wider beam and way brighter I'm going to say just for the simple in and out swap you will be pleased

Of course you do have to buy 2 and they range 20-25 each...you can also search a bit on the housing upgrade as well, quite a bit more involved but I heard its worth the time

Sorry amazon wasn't giving me a link in there app.

True, the H4 is nice. But I already have hella 500, and rigid D2 as auxiliary lighting already.
Right now I'm just to lazy to convert anything. Plug n play. Alaska winter can make some of a lazy :/

Sweetness, you will love them I have trucklight LED's and they are really sweet but pricey before I upgraded I had them in my truck and from a standard bulb to the silverstars it's night and day The beam pattern is really wide and has a great cut-off.
