Oil Brand & Viscosity & Why: Amsoil 0W-40. Because Bob Is the Oil Guy said that's the best viscosity & Amsoil is the #1 synthetic according to his tests.
Oil Filter Brand & Why: Purolator Pure One. Size/amount of filter media, efficiency, tiny micron filtering ability.
Antifreeze Brand & Why: Toyota Red all the way! All others have issues.
Differential Lube Brand & Viscosity & Why: Amsoil....same reason as above.
Manual Transmission Fluid Brand & Viscosity & Why: See Amsoil above.
Brake Fluid Brand & Why: NAPA DOT 4. Because it's inexpensive & does the job as well as anything I've tried.
Gasket Sealer/Gasket Dressing/FIPG, Where on Truck & Brand & Why: FIPG everywhere the FSM recommends; OEM gaskets everywhere else....why mess with perfection?
Spark Plugs Brand & Gap & Why: Denso Iridium. Standard Denso plugs work fine, but I am going for longevity (got over 100k out of my last Denso Platinums).
Cap & Rotor Brand & Why: Stock Denso. OEM works & lasts.
Even Gas Stations & What Oct. Cheap 87 & or Other & Why: Only use 93 octane & also add Stabil (Marine version for ethanol fuels) to combat effects of ethanol in the fuel. I get at least 2 mpg better & higher performance with 93 octane.
Tires Brands and Size's From Stock & Bigger & Why: Have 17" alloy wheels from a 2006 Tundra/Sequoia & Bridgestone 265/70-17 tires.
Brake Pad/Shoes Brand & Why: www.rotorpros.com drilled/slotted rotors w/Hawk HD pads. BEST stopping combo I've ever used.
Clutch & Slave Cylinder Brand & Why: original OEM
Hose's & Belts & Fuel Filters & Air Filter Brands and Why: OEM. ALWAYS fit properly.
Timing Chain & Water & Oil Pumps Even Timing Cover & Why: OEM. Why mess with what works?

Oil Brand & Viscosity & Why: Amsoil, 20W-50 premium protection with Zinc, resists oil burn off better then any other brand I've used.
Oil Filter Brand & Why: Usually Napa Gold (Wix), good filter for the price.
Antifreeze Brand & Why: Still deciding but I'm filling up today with Zerex G-05/distilled water. Flushing out the Prestone; I will not use a universal coolant (all makes, all models) anymore. Only time will tell.
Differential Lube Brand & Viscosity & Why: Amsoil 75W-90
Manual Transmission Fluid Brand & Viscosity & Why: Amsoil 75W-90
Brake Fluid Brand & Why: I'm currently using Prestone Synthetic DOT 3. Valvoline is good too. I prefer synthetic for it's higher tolerance of heat.
Gasket Sealer/Gasket Dressing/FIPG, Where on Truck & Brand & Why: Permatex "The Right Stuff", the best FIPG (Form In Place Gasket) ever. No cure time and never had any leak on me, Usually there's a precut gasket on my truck for everything but I use it on the oil pan and anywhere else that's needed.
Spark Plugs Brand & Gap & Why: NGK V-Groove, factory gap, 0.041" if I remeber correctly for my 22RE. The truck runs the best on NGK or Denso plugs.
Cap & Rotor Brand & Why: Denso. it's OEM and in my experience it's the best for our trucks.
Even Gas Stations & What Oct. Cheap 87 & or Other & Why: Chevron with Techron, helps my pinging. 89 in the winter, 92 in the summer.
Tires Brands and Size's From Stock & Bigger & Why: BFGoodrich All Terrain, 31" after ball joint spacer lift...although I'm tempted to get the KM2 Mudders next. I like BFG, good quality.
Break Pad/Shoes Brand & Why: I'm running Satisfied ceramics, never had a problem yet and low dust.
Clutch & Slave Cylinder Brand & Why: Stock Aisin, 225K and still going.
Hose's & Belts & Fuel Filters & Air Filter Brands and Why: TrueFlow air filter (No longer in business), traps more dirt then a K&N but flows better then stock. Gates for all belts and hoses, good stuff. Usually Napa/Wix filters.
Timing Chain & Water & Oil Pumps Even Timing Cover & Why: Rock, got everything Rock when I did my cylinder head, I got everything form http://engnbldr.com/
That's the brand that they sell. It's been good to me so far.

Oil Brand & Viscosity & Why: Pennzoil Yellow Bottle 10w-30 in summer, 5w-30 in winter, because it's a good Group II+ oil at a good price. I burn a few quarts between changes and I think only new valve stem seals are going to do anything about that.

Oil Filter Brand & Why: OEM, for the drainback valve

Antifreeze Brand & Why: Zerex Asian Vehicle Formula, because it's the only aftermarket antifreeze I can find that seems suitable. It's a phosphate/benzoate HOAT just like the OEM red, and should be fine for lead solder, water pump seals, and the anti-silicate sensibilities of Japanese auto engineers. Costs less than Toyota Red.

Differential Lube Brand & Viscosity & Why: I don't recall what I used last time. I need extended diff breathers.

Manual Transmission Fluid Brand & Viscosity & Why: Red Line MT-90. Good GL-4 that's supposed to work well with our transmissions.

Brake Fluid Brand & Why: Not sure.

Gasket Sealer/Gasket Dressing/FIPG, Where on Truck & Brand & Why: Permatex Black on oil pan, rear diff, front hubs, front crank seal, and a little on the timing cover, works.

Spark Plugs Brand & Gap & Why: NGK or Denso at recommended gap.

Cap & Rotor Brand & Why: MSD. Works.

Even Gas Stations & What Oct. Cheap 87 & or Other & Why: 93. Pings otherwise, unfortunately.

Oil Brand & Viscosity & Why: Mobil 1 5W30 (after reading the ferrari-chat oil write-up I am pretty convinced this is a good choice for my climate, when I finally get a real set of oil temp and pressure gauges I will be able to know for real).
Oil Filter Brand & Why: Toyota oil filters because I can order them online for like 5 bucks a piece in bulk with no tax.
Antifreeze Brand & Why: Had prestone, won't be doing that again... moving to toyota, it's not that much more expensive and you don't have to change it that often.
Differential Lube Brand & Viscosity & Why: Redline 75W90 in the diffs because that was the viscosity recommended by the manual and I went to a 75W140 for the transmission because the bearings are dying and that quieted them down a lot. Both are the NS type which doesn't contain the friction modifier for limited slip diffs.
Brake Fluid Brand & Why: Haven't found a preference yet, but planning to flush the whole system while I update brakes and move to a DOT 4.
Gasket Sealer/Gasket Dressing/FIPG, Where on Truck & Brand & Why:
I was using the toyota FIPG, but just was recommended to just use permatex grey by jerry at performance 22re, so going to give that a try.
Spark Plugs Brand & Gap & Why: standard denso, factory gap (our trucks were designed to run like this, why change what works).
Cap & Rotor Brand & Why: denso same reason as above
Even Gas Stations & What Oct. Cheap 87 & or Other & Why: Chevron or Shell usually 89 octane in my 95 and 87 in my 81. I am convinced it does help keep things clean based on how my injectors looked when I took them out at 193k miles.
Tires Brands and Size's From Stock & Bigger & Why: 31x10.5s on the 95 and 33x10.5 on the 81. I have the KM2s, not a big fan of them, think I will try the super swampers next on the 81. Any 31x10.5 All terrain I can get used and in good condition on craigslist. Right now I have a brand new set of pro comps on mickey thompson rims.
Break Pad/Shoes Brand & Why: I have a set of T100 calipers and Slotted T100 rotors with carbotech pads (very good, but expensive). Because it's impossible to get the Hawk HP+ for our trucks even though its listed on tire rack
Clutch & Slave Cylinder Brand & Why: Still on the original, I will go OEM when it dies.
Hose's & Belts & Fuel Filters & Air Filter Brands and Why: OEM fuel filter, belts I haven't decided yet.
Timing Chain & Water & Oil Pumps Even Timing Cover & Why: Toyota OEM timing kit, got a metal guide from jerry at 22re performance

I had a K&N air filter in the stock box, but based on the oily residue/dirt in my throttle body I will be destroying it with a hammer. Waste of money and time. Going back to an OEM filter I ordered online because I hate FRAM and refuse to use that either.

Oil Brand & Viscosity & Why:Whatever is on sale. All oil is the same for our trucks

Oil Filter Brand & Why:Any brand as long it is not FRAM. FRAM has paper tops inside the oil filters and can blow through allowing dirty oil to be unfiltered

Antifreeze Brand & Why:Any cheap green stuff as long as it is not recycled.

Differential Lube Brand & Viscosity & Why:Any brand and whatever the viscosity the application calls for

Manual Transmission Fluid Brand & Viscosity & Why:Same as above

Brake Fluid Brand & Why: DOT 3 and any brand, all the same for our trucks

Gasket Sealer/Gasket Dressing/FIPG, Where on Truck & Brand & Why: Permetex Grey RTV. Seals the best out of all the colors.

Spark Plugs Brand & Gap & Why:NGK or Denso. Because they are a higher quality plug than any other

Cap & Rotor Brand & Whyealer OEM. Seems to last the longest

Even Gas Stations & What Oct. Cheap 87 & or Other & Why: Whatever is the cheapest. Never had bad luck do to brand.

Tires Brands and Size's From Stock & Bigger & Why:Any tire that is aggressive enough and cheap.

Break Pad/Shoes Brand & Why:Any pad works as long as you install it correctly except cheap Autozone house brand, they fall apart.

Clutch & Slave Cylinder Brand & Why: Any one that is the cheapest. Bought both dealer OEM and aftermarket and they both lasted the same time.

Hose's & Belts & Fuel Filters & Air Filter Brands and Why: Whatever the cheapest, all work just the same.

Timing Chain & Water & Oil Pumps Even Timing Cover & Why:Only buy American made or Japanese made. China stuff is junk. Critical parts of the engine get quality parts.

Works for me over the years!

James
