325 60 15 = 30.4" so I would say run 35psi, but that is subjective. I mean my 33x12.5R15 indicate that it's 35psi max pressure, but there is no way I'd run that much due to the narrow stock alloy rims. I run 25 to 26 psi to maintain a flat footprint, But this also has a large impact on MPG.

Hope this helps!

I usually run front (4x4 3vze XtraCab) @ 38 psi & rear @ 30 psi with no load. That gets me the most even wear.

I run mine at 27 psi front and rear. Seems to have the most even contact for the tread so that I don't wear out just the middle. Search the chalk method. Essentially the best way to tell is to draw a line on each tire with chalk. Drive a mile or two and you'll see where the wear is going to occur, and you can adjust the pressure accordingly.

The max pressure that is shown on the sidewall is the max pressure with the maximum load in the vehicle.
