Oil spraying out of engine block behind motor mount.
Hmmm..? I rebuilt my 22re engine.. (85 pu) got everything checked over twice and stared her up Started and ran Ok but noticed no oil pressure so shut it down after about 20 seconds. All in crankcase now all over ground and right side of engine. Appears to have been coming from a bolt hole behind right motor mount. I do not remember this "bolt" .. Purpose? Any help??.. I don't remember removing anything there. Was it taken out at the machine shope ? I don't know.. There's so much oil everywhere it just appears to have been coming from this hole. I have searched..

Just a poke in the dark, but are you sure that its not for an oil cooler attachment ? like an aftermarket upgrade, and toyota just plug it with a bolt ?
you sure you dont have any bolts or nuts left over ?, combe your work area with a magnet to see if it rolled away.
Hope you sort it out soon.

really wish people would not say left and right side when they describe something. lol. I have an idea that if on the passenger side then he forgot to put in the oil pressure sender.

It is on the passenger side .. The oil pressure sender is in place.. Looking further, it is in front of the sender and behind the (passenger) side motor mount. I notice that the missing "bolt" is in an oil gallery (bulge) along the side of the block in line with sender.. Whatever is missing I suspect the machine shop took it out when they cleaned my block and cleaned out all the galleries.. I didn't take it out as I made thorough notes.. I'll just have to determine what is missing and hope I didn't hurt the engine..in less than 30 seconds running

30 seconds you should be fine. I had mine running without an internal galley plug on the front of the motor for like 3-4 minutes before we noticed the idiot light on and the motor seized on the next start up. lol.
Was not aware of a galley plug on the outside of the motor though.
