Best way to lift 1994 4runner for cheap?
Hey guys, I just got a 1994 4runner, 5-Speed, V6... Canadian! I love it
I have easy access to some 35inch tires so I really want to make them fit, I know when most people lift they often get gears, lock it, and go the whole nine yards. But that's not really what im looking for.
With a simple 3inch body lift and some trimming should I be able to fit 35's? What is the cheapest way to obtain a 3 inch body lift? Revtek?
Thanks for everything guys!

I am not sure on the cheapest route. Perhaps a body lift and torsions cranked and a couple of spacers for the rear. But most importantly, use the search function please. Sometimes it takes some time to find what exactly you are looking for but usually it is in there. Canadian rocks by the way!

Thanks for the input guys! dannomite I know search is a very encouraged thing to do as im part of many other forums but I kinda get repulsed from it because of all the contradicting information, just like the posts above me
Is there a company who makes the actual body lift, and spacers? So I can buy it all together in one kit?
Thanks again.

Holy hell the 4wheeler site is badly designed and super confusing lol.
I found these two links that kinda help.

That is the most comprehensive thread there is on lifting 2nd gen Runners.
As for on the cheap - 3" body - if that isn't enough then BJ spacers and either coil spacers or cruiser coil. Check this thread for the particulars...

If you guys could grab me some pics of 35 inch tires on a 2nd gen 4runner with a 3inch body lift that would be awesome! I want to see what im getting myself into here lol.
Lots of people say that 35's don't come close to fitting on a 100% stock 2nd 4runner, but here is some pics of my friends stock 4runner with 35's!
If he can fit them stock, I should be able to fit them pretty good with a 3" body lift right? I am not very worried about rubbing, it's my DD and I can resist the urge to hit steering lock everyday lol, if I was to go offroading it's going to be in a straight line, through mud.
