how much lift do i have..?

hey guys, i recently imported my 93 Surf from japan, its definately got a suspension lift on it, but i dont know how much, i took some measurements and was hoping you guys would be able to tell?

its got:

-some sort of aftermarket springs in the rear, silver in colour..
-Rancho 9000XL shocks front and rear p/n:
-RS999145 front -- Collapsed 9.625" Extended 13.375" Travel 3.75"
-RS999208 rear -- Collapsed 14.000" Extended 22.5" Travel 8.500"
-adjustable track bar
-aftermarket torsion bars, says "Elford-TH01-L-XC" on it.. did a search and nothing came up with that?
-shortened bumpstops in the front

and i took some measurements from the center of the hub to the bottom edge of the fender above the wheels, and this is what i got:

21.5" front
22.5" rear

the truck was slightly tilted to one side cuz of the slant in my driveway... but i measured both sides and they were only .5" higher/lower than the other side.

heres a pic of my truck.

from looking at pics of other peoples rigs... would it happen to be a 2" lift on my truck? i was trying to find the lengths and travel of the stock shocks and maybe try to figure it out with that but couldnt find anything.

and lastly, i want to get another 2" of lift out of it with some rear coil and bj spacers, would i need to get longer shocks? or will the shocks i have on there now limit the travel?

i really like the rancho 9000xl's on there right now.. super nice ride!

Sweet surf man! My old man used to have one identical to yours, without the lift.

the tires are ~31"s but it shouldnt matter as im measuring from the center of the hub

yes, the thing on the fender is a mirror, factory on all the hilux surfs

thanks yoterr! but i think the 2nd gen trucks has a taller wheel arch in the fenders than the 2nd gen 4runner/surfs.. cuz according to my math using your measurments.. mine has a 1" DROP... haha.

im just gonna guess its a 2" lift.. so if i do another 2" lift with spacers, im gonna need longer shocks arent i?

Take the shocks off and measure what length you'll need between the shock mounting points, front and rear, with the axle fully stuff and fully extended.
Simple as.

Most measure (in the front) about 14" from the top of the rim lip to the bottom of the fender. As for the rear (same place to measure - from the top of the rear rim lip to the fender) is between 11" and 12" depending on sag.

Hopes this helps.
