Hey, guys. My daughter has a problem with her "94" 4 runner. It doesn't shift well at lower speeds, but when she is going faster it seems to shift better. We've flushed out the transmission, cleaned the screen. What do you think the problem is. By the way, the chicken looks real tasty.

hey nick.... pictures please, I'm looking for some good ideas where to put mine..... I saw one where someone had mounted to the roof just ahead of the mirror, but I'm kinda questioning the wisdom of that as my truck is parked outside at night in the back yard. Seems like it's kinda asking for it to walk away. I've also thought of using molex (computer) connectors to make it a quick disconnect.

I've got a cobra 19 cb thats going in the ashtray slot, and a FS 5 Firestik antenna. That I'm gonna mount with the vertical door jamb mount in the rear tailgate slot. For operational sake it's better to mount your antenna as close to the middle of the roof of the 4runner as you can. But for my needs a big antenna out back will work just fine. I didn't get to it today but tomorrow morning I'm hoping to get it setup before we head up to the mountains tomorrow afternoon, we'll see. I suppose I can throw up a build thread sometime soon. Although every thing I plan to do I saw in pictures posted by others on this site that I'm simply copying. You ought to be able to find some pics somewhere on here.

I also plan on buying the firestik quick disconnect for the antenna as I live in the University dorm and don't trust the parking lot. Until I get the disconnect I'll just unscrew the antenna when I park it for the night.

Hmm, small modifications, putting an hydraulic steering jack in my truck, hope it will fix the "jumpy bumpy syndrom" or whatever it's called... At least it needs fixin' before I can start to drive the 44s in town! >:&
Also, fixin' my nephew's rear axle. Broken pinion and worn out bearings. After only 150k miles!
Ah, the sweet garage life.
