Sunpro 3pc. combo Gauge Installation Help
Hi
i recently bought Sunpro 3 gauge combo 1 1/2 inch set
Here are my questions.
1. Does it come with the right installation fittings for my 94 4runner
2. What are some good tips to help me through installation
3. Where is a good place to mount the set so i can run my wires to where they need to be.

i did belize i even searched enough that i followed a link to a site with info on your car with pics and mods

The Toyota gauges are electical. It won't matter if you bought electrical or mechanical, since you're going to have to run new lines to them, anyhow.
If you bought the cheap package, odds are they're mechanical and you'll need to run the capillary tubing through your dash to the gauge cluster, wherever you choose to mount it. And odds are they didn't include the right adapter. You're running a V6 and they usually use a British Standard Pipe Thread for the oil sender. You probably have a National Pipe Thread adapter in your kit, if it included any.
You'll need to pick up an adapter if you plan on screwing the oil pressure gauge into the block.

for help to anyone else who recently purchased sun-pro gauges
bring it back to the store you got it from and buy another brand
i say this because i bought a tach (sun pro) from autozone hooked it up...didnt work..brought it back ,hooked up new one,didnt work
i did this five times before i finally gave up...guy at store said about 50% of these work and 50 dont

return them and get some auto meter elec. gauges. I've had one of those oil lines bust in the interior, it sprayed hot oil every where very fast made a huge mess plus burnt hell out of my legs.

if you wanna run the water temp i used a LCE inline temp sended (goes into rad. hose) and you have to get a adaptor from your local auto parts.
