wow.?. thought i had updated this...? anyways the noise was comming from the leaf springs slaping together...!
I ended up putting a corked gasket material between the leaf springs and anywere there was any gaps (was missing the original spring dampers).....no more noise

Do anything to the front lift?Also, If you are getting any axle wrap then you can eliminate it with some sort of traction bar or something like what I did here......
