I need to pick up a few more, someone stole one out of my truck's glove box last summer.
That looks just like the one my buddy has. Maybe if I beat the traffic today, I could stop by Harbor Freight. Another good chance to pickup cheap tools

I tested the AFM last night and everything seems to be in spec.
If the AFM is functioning properly, but I still need to jump the fuel pump to get the engine going, what else could be in the line of fire?

I'll try again tonight and see if I get the same numbers, otherwise i'm out of idea's.

BAd wire or connection between the AFM and the Circuit Opening Relay perhaps?

Have one just like that, accuracy is about +/- 75%. Spend the extra few bucks at radio shack or sears imho

The two I have used have worked just fine and I do have another meter (BK Precision) that I compare them to. But I guess if you might have a flakey one.
