You have several options besides cutting or removing it:

- Lengthen the bumpstops a little so that the wheel doesn't get into it on flex.
- Add a 1" or so bl. The bl provides you other advantages also.

If you crank them now, you will have to take it to be aligned again! I like what 4rnrguy did to his.

If you read his post (a few above yours), you'll note that the dealership cranked them for him then aligned the vehicle, as it should be.

well, the stealership cranked it 1/2 inch for free before they aligned it...
