Weber carb, fuel cut solenoid voltage loss...

So I'm jetting my weber. It has a fuel cut solenoid wired to the original carb electrical connector. I go I start her up and cranks but no fire...I investigate and turns out I've lost voltage at the solenoid connection. If I connect the solenoid directly to the battery, she fires right up.

I ended up using webers supplied primary idle jet holder, and deleting the fuel cut solenoid. But I want it back.

My question is, where is that voltage coming from and how might I get it back. Is there an emissions computer on 22r's? A fuse? Where might I find such beasts?

In my case, it was the fuse to the power windows...odd but...yea I noticed the windows wouldn't roll up and a 7.5 amp fuse had blown in the kick panel under the driver side dash.
