boxed speakers in a 94'

Dead '94 2.4L 22re 2wd pu, k&n air filter, thrush glasspack, 4in over stock rear shackles, 1.5in ball joint spacers, 4in infinity reference dash speakers, pioneer head unit, 10in p2 sub, alpine amp. bed cap topper thingy. great for campin. Current-2004 toyota tacoma, 2wd, 3.4L, prerunner, e-locker, tow package, trd package, ext cab, alpine head unit, polk speakers all around, punch p2 10" run off a alpine mono amp, silver paint. ohhhh its purty... |

Hrm, i'd put some 6 1/2" or 7" mid's in the doors, or kickpanels. Round speakers will always give you better SQ than oval, also, having speakers in front of you will sound MUCH better than behind you.

if its the truck that is in his avatar...there is no where to put the speakers in the doors without modification...and i dunno about 6x9's sounds bad...my old 6x9 pioneers beat my new 6 inchers anyday...and they are the same speaker...

lmao. the truck in the avatar. umm. not quite. but i still cant put anything in the doors. i couls probally find some way to mount them up on my top back wall of the cab facing forward. sound feasible?
