ive seen HUNDREDS of full width sas pictures of the front spring hangars but not a single one of the rear without offset shackles. is there a way to do it without? or am i stuck buying shackles from a company like SKY?

Ive never had an issue with running offset shackles, and apparently neither have the hundreds of others running fullwidths. Im assuming your thinking of running fullsize chevy axles. Theres no way to move in the passenger perch on a D60. its already a cast part of the housing. you have to bring both sides in equally unless your narrowing the axle by cutting down the long side. A D44 passenger perch is possible to move in, but not without a TON of dangerous Diff fab making it higher than the drivers side.
Dont run a Dodge housing, they're spring perches are even wider.
You could run a flat plate under the frame for your rear shackle, offset it to the outside, then gusset the piss outta it. But that would make your pinion angle too severe especially with a low pinion bowtie axle.
Offset shackles are your best option.
