Downey off-road cv boots

Anyone have them? They say they handle angles better than OEM boots. For $27 a side it seems worth a shot.

They are the same EMPI boots that NWOR sells and that come on CVU axles You can find them cheaper if you shop around, but they are more flexible and durable than the stock boots.

I might have to try these out, I think my boots are about due at 275,000 miles.

Any one have first hand experience with these?

Even if you can find better 13.50 per boot is still less than oem boots.

I can get the oem boot kit for $22, that includes toyota grease, clamps and 2 boots.

Well aren't you special Most people can't do that, and this is a viable alternative that is more durable. I'll do a search tonight to see how much cheaper I can find them.

but I am definitely interested ina stronger replacement....why put back something that broke

WATRD where have you found them cheaper? What are CVU axles? Would've just pm'd you, but though other people might be interested in the answers.
