Nice ride, I bought my 73 for 3,000, and it wasn't in nearly as good shape.

how do i tell for sure that it's a 78? i found a 77 owners manual in the glove box today and now i'm not so sure. apparently there is supposed to be a riveted plate near the door hinge on the drivers side saying when the vehicle was made, but mine is not there. i do have the vin tag under the hood near the passenger side lower corner of the windshield. can i tell from that?

Sizzle take the serial number off of the drivers side of the block and call a Toyota parts dealer.

oooooooh! cool! that's great that its in such good condition. dig the color too. if you're selling the tires, what are you gonna get in its place? are you going to get new wheels too?
