Sounds of my S/C

You may want to note that the rattle is not pinging, it is my keys
hitting the steering wheel column.

Thanks Corey for hosting the file!!

Thanks for posting that from a future S/C owner. No disrespect meant, but does it sound that loud in the cab? It's not exactly the most pleasing mechanical sound, IMHO, so I'm hoping your recorder somehow amped that part of the spectrum.

I think that is pretty accurate. The sound of my SC is overpowered by my exhaust a little more than what you hear here. Its one of those sounds you'll get used to and is only really that loud under WOT.

I agree, you get used to it. The sound isn't amplified, it is really that loud (remember this is under full throttle). If you accelerate easy or are at a cruising speed, you can barely hear it. But after you pump up the stereo, you won't notice a thing!

I can't get enough of your audio clip. That sounds awesome!!! But I bet the extra horses are a lot more appealing than the sound. Congrats again.

for those future supercharger owners

I am one of the hopeful supercharger owners myself, but I saw a post for some about a money issue. Toyotaparts4u.com has a great deal on them, i got to their site from the vendor list here, and they were down to about $1,700. I have seen them for slightly lower on E-bay, but I hate the idea of buying from someone i don't know. But 1,700 isn't bad, they have been sold for a lot more than that before. Just thought i would spread the word of a decent sale.
