Installing Indiglo gauges
Hi all,
I'm considering buying Indiglow gauges to install in my 4Runner.
Is there a write up on this????
Is there anything I should watch out for????
Any advise will be appreciated.
TIA,

But I'm sure it's not much different.

"sorry for the long post"
Hi there,
I'm almost done with the installation...
I have a question though.
When I was hooking up the Positive power cable for the gauges
I went to my repair manual to see which cable from the harness that
plugs behind the gausges assembly I had to use.
If you please open this link:
http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2110228
you'll see that the last pic is a copy of the page from the repair manual.
Initially I thought it was going to be the "Headlight Dimmer Switch" in the
"Wire harness Side" (Sorry the page got cut off on the left). This way the
gauges will lit up when I turn the knob for the headlights. I was using my
voltmeter to see which one had a electric charge when I turn the headlights ON...
Suprisingly, It was No. 10 on the "E" section - "TAIL Fuse"
Should I be connecting the positive wire for my gauges to this one???
It's a little odd that this is the only one that has a charge when I turn the headlights knob.
Please advise,
TIA,

how to power it up or dimming the lights of your gauges? to power up the gauges, i wired the gauge to my corner lights. which the green is the 'red' wire. and white? i think goes to black wire of your gauge. about dimming, i'm not sure.
