Exclamation End-links torque specs?

I've searched by unable to find anywhere what are the torque specs on the 2 nuts on OEM Toyota end-links?

69 newton metres for the studs

14 for the double bushing ends on front ones

10lb/ft for the ends sounds good, but 50lb/ft for the stud? Almost as much as a much bigger wheel stud?

Is this coming from a repair manual? Just curious.
