The bushings and links are probably getting replaced on Thursday and then if that doesn't solve it I will investigate the shocks...I'll let ya'll know what I find out.

My bumper does contribute to the rattling, I can hear it if I pound it with my fist or something. My grill also squeaks sometimes.

Yea, my bumper rattles some too but...I don't think thats it, because it wouldn't make sense for the bumper to only rattle on the right side of the car, because thats the side that I just tightened up and put new mounts on.

Maybe the added weight of the two Hella 500's add to it...I'm not sure, all I know is its really annoying...my car is at work right now getting my alarm system put in but when I get it home I'll check it out some more.

Left, right? Right.. I mean, left..

Beware of your own perception of where the rattle comes from. It is humanly impossible, on my own experience, to tell where the rattle comes from accuratly from in side the cabin when driving. I had noises before I thought were coming from right front, but happened to be located on the left side more to the rear. All I am saying is, do not assume it is right side or left side, I would definitely look at them both...

Thats a good point, I've been investigating everywhere but I still haven't found it.

My Runner isn't done yet so it'll be tomorrow before I can get it up in the air and look around...we'll see what I find out.

I'm thinking it may be the heat shield or shocks, well, the sway bar bushings/links are gonna be done this week...so if that doesn't solve it then I will assume the shield or shocks. The shocks are the stock shocks so I wouldn't be surprised if it was them.

Keep the ideas comin' guys, I need all the help I can get!

Check the clip that retains your brake pads. Also, check your body mount bolts. Mine loosened up a bit after I installed my BL.

i'm convinced that enough coats of heavy mud will quiet any noise down. hit the trails!

My new shocks helped, I also replaced the..uh..crap..I cant remember what it was, some kind of little linkage that has a bushing on it that rattles. Its right inside the wheel if you look from the back, hard to explain. That all helped some, the biggest thing that helped was that my A/C condenser was movin around a lot, when I put my ARB on I noticed this so I took some small selftapping screws and screwed it down and now the rattle is just about gone. I can still here it at times but its really not too bad...althought its been too cold to have my windows down so I'm not sure.

If you have any questions let me know, I've gotten it to be considerable less annoying so if you need help with that just ask away. I will be sure to post once I eliminate it for sure.

Oh yeah, my ProComp steering stabalizer helped a bunch too...thats all I can think of.
