I am not sure on this but the power locks may be controlled by the alarm module or in the case of my 99 limited the ECU that controls the entire body (which has the alarm controller built in).

I believe the rear window relay may have something to do with power lock operation as well.

Yea i will be taking everything apart and testing it, thanks for the input. And about the climate control, did it completely stopped working, or just a few buttons not working now and then? cause thats the case for me, im thinking about taking it apart and cleaning the contacts.
