I checked the search function but couldn't find anything on this subject.
I recently developed a leak on my AC that was in the evporator. The truck only has 69000 mi.on it. I thought it was kind of soon to have AC problems, but then maybe I'm too confident in Toyota quality. Their quality with me has never been an issue before since I've owned two Corollas before this.

Anyway I asked the service writer about the problem, and he mentioned something about Toyotas and their AC problems. I couldn't hear him very well because my cell phone was breaking up, and figured I'd ask him when I went to pick the truck up, but he had already left for the day.

Anyone know of typical problems with Tacomas ACs, especially with leaks in the evaporators?

Before the problem, the AC would be cold enough for me on just the first setting, now it doesn't seem the same.

Any help would be appreciated. :pat:

Also, it seems when they reinstalled everything, I now have a bad rattle in the glove compartment area, which I'm assuming is where they did most of the work.
