where to buy tires, online or store?

I am looking for 33/10.50/15 bfg km2's and I found some on onlinetires.com for $135 a piece but they don't have them anymore so now I'm trying to find another dealer either online or a store that has low pricing. I'm not resigned to just bfg km2's but just something with an agressive tread in that size. Thanks for any info!

not many choices in that size..might have to bump up the width a little..

between buyin online..and in store..you will likely only save a few dollars per tire if you buy online.

tires may be $30/tire cheaper online than in store but you can't forget about shipping..that is where they get you...

might check out pep boys..(they dont have 33x10.50's..but they are cheap) they usually do a buy 3 get one free..or free shipping..4wheelparts.com does the same thing alot also..

treadwright.com

Bought 4 tires off of there and have gone a consistant 80MPH since the 4runner is my DD. No issues and can't beat the price.

I have been looking also. 33x10.50x15 is a hard size to find. 33x12.50x15 is alot easier to find as everybody seems to make these. onlinestore was the best deal I found but shipping is a consideration. I am lucky in that tirerack is online but the warehouse is driving distance, about 40 minutes round trip.
procomp tires are a good deal when they are buy 3 get 4th free, but I don't have any experience with them.
I have always liked BFG for my street tires and am kinda new to off road tire buying.
check les schwab also, if they are in your area.

the girl has a point..i forgot about treadwright...LOL..

of course it was gonna cost over $100 to ship my 31's to my dad's business..LOL..which isnt bad..but kinda offset the low price per tire.. especially when i could get a set of used (only 2000 miles though) 31" xterrains for $350..lmao

i live in a small town and always support the local tire shop. i might pay a bit more up front but it always works out in the end. free rotations whenever i want, and free patching if i get a flat. and a couple months ago i got a cut in my sidewall, went to the tire shop, they prorated it, and i got a new tire for 40 bucks. never had to pay shipping or wait for a replacement. if i would have bought online, i would have to pay shipping, then pay for mount and balance, then tire gets a hole, then pay for dismount and ship the old tire back, then wait for a new tire then pay for mount and balance again...

treadwright.com calls their 33's off road use only, so warranty will not cover anything on these.

I pulled this from their site

"WARRANTY: Limited Warranty is effective with proof of purchase, to the original purchaser and is nontransferable.
Limited Warranty is effective for two years or 24,000 miles covering workmanship and materials
of the retreading process only. At that time, all warranties, express or implied, expire. Size 33x12.50R15,
33x12.50R16.5, 33x12.50R17, and 305/70R16 tires are sold for off-road use ONLY and are not covered by this
limited warranty. This limited warranty does not cover damage to vehicles due to causes other than failure in or
of the retreading process. Replacement will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions described
under “How Replacement Charges Are Calculated”."
