Question 22R EFI Swap Need Help(No Fuel)

Ok ive been running this through Pirate and have spent a good 4 hrs searching on the computer in the past 2 days and im stumped.

Swapped a EFI extended Cab on Regular cab frame. Done the EFI Swap on the 22R since cab was already wired for it.Cab and Motor both 1985. Plug and Play right. haha.

Every wire and connector was there execpt 1. 3 cut wires no plug, black-red, black-yellow, and black-white. This afternoon figured out that those 3 wires are supposed to plug into big connector on coil and run to the Computer. Got that all hooked up. Tried to crank it and nothing, It is getting spark to the plugs, but no fuel( Dry and no gas smell, plugs are NEW)

Went by the book and checked every single sensor, ECU, Injectors(Test light also showed power to the injectors), grounds(motor grounded to body and frame) fuses and relays, EVERYTHING checked out good by the specs in the book. Also pulled fuel line from motor and cut pump on and its getting fuel.
The only thing not hooked up is the VSV Fuel Pressure Control that mounts to the valve cover. I read 3 different things that says it isnt a neccessary item. Is this Correct? Why isnt the injectors spraying fuel? What lets the fuel to the fuel rail instead of sending it back to the tank? I am stumped Please HELP

Not sure on Fuel Pressure, its a External Pump, the E2000 Brand New. Injectors shouldnt be clogged cuz We cleaned everything prior to putting on motor. But all this EFI has been sitting for a long time.

make sure that the injectors are grounded. black and white wires that come together at a round end bolted to the intake manifold. i missed these and the injectors won't open without being grounded. start simple is what i say. good luck.
