PIAA 520 or 540 fogs

PIAA 520 or 540 fogs
Hey guys I'm in the market for some fog lights and I'd appreciate if someone could recommend me which one of this two PIAA's I should get. Also, is $169 + shipping a good deal? thanks a lot.
I'm a mountain biker and will be visiting several freeride/DH resorts all over New England and upper NY if that matters.
edit:Is there a big difference on quality/performance between PIAA's 520 and Hella's 500?
