I'm not sayin hippy is wrong, I'm just sayin that's what it looks like to me. I'm looking on a small screen so if I'm not seeing valve tap marks then by all means it could be contact damage. Ill look on the computer tonight, cause right now I'm looking on an iPad at work.

@Terry- That motor is ready to drop in, besides putting the stuff that isn't included on?
@everyone... I won't be able to get pictures for a few days, but I do appreciate everyones comments and interest
Also keep in mind, my camera is kinda crappy, just a cell phone camera

Alright, I havent forgot you all, i did get a quick second to snap and a few pics and look....
To me the thing in the hole(thats what she said lol) appears to be uneven almost like it appears to be sitting at a 15 degree angle in the hole(In the first pic....to my eyes the side of the hole on the right appears to be the low side and the side on the left the high side), also good luck turning the crank. I couldn't budge it! And also would there be loose pieces in there if it melted because there were little pieces that were just resting in there.
Thanks guys! I'm thinking i'm just gonna get a reman motor...or a junkyard...but almost rather spend the extra on the reman!

Haha, thinking about yanking the bottom end and looking for a motor....reman or one out of a truck with a rusted frame...Trying to keep the price down on this thing...It's been built pretty good so far....here's some info
The engine has a few LC engineering goodies
Cold air intake
crank pulley
wire loom bracket
Pacesetter header
full 2.25" exhaust with dynojet muffler, sounds pretty good. Was done by a local shop here.
Engnbuilder cam if i remember correctly it's the 270/430 HO cam.
4.88 front and rear diffs swapped over from a 4runner V6
Just gotta be patient i guess, as far as waiting on the motor.
Would it hurt anything, if when i find a motor, if i swap over the engnbldr cam and lce crank pulley onto the motor?
