so i have a 91 yota 22re time recently done and a new starter. throwing codes 3 and 14 witch point to ecu and igniter. any one have simlair problems? it cranks over sometimes but does not start or dosent even turn over. i can hear the computer click when i turn it over though. any one know of any companys that rebuilt your ECU??
