So I have been searching and the only Cons I can find about removing your front sway bars, is that you will have an increase in body roll.

There are many posts about how they increase travel, and would be worth taking out, But i was wondering if i completely removed them what would be the Cons about daily driving without them. Would it harm anything or put to much stress on anything and make it break.

I daily drove my 4runner for almost 2 years with no swaybar

IMHO it handled and rode a heck of alot better, also freed up the front offroad and gained a little bit of flex. Plus got rid of another part to go bad up front.

Removing the front sway bar will increase body roll - albeit not by a lot. Removing the rear sway bar on 4runners is a bad combo as far as I'm concerned. Say hello to ridiculous body roll, and say bye to any high speed accident avoidance driving. It will become much easier to roll the truck.

There was a guy on here who made sway bar quick disconnects, although I can't remember who. I'd be looking into that if you really want that extra 1" of flex offroad.

"Body roll" is a scary word that people think of a truck leaning hard into a corner.... when i took my sway bar off I felt the truck handled so much better in corners...i was able to take them a little faster (not talking 90 here) and it actually felt like you were driving something other that a 14' UHaul

Sway bar dico's would be a huge waste of time and money IMO

I have been running no anti-sway bars since I bought my '95 4runner in June. I honestly thought thats how much body roll the 2nd gens encountered for 3 weeks until I looked more closely under my truck and realized there are no ASBs...
Its do-able and takes some getting used to. I dont feel comfortable going around any corner over 25mph. (Corner = a turn at a stop light or onto another road, not a curve on the hwy)

I completely took the front off today and I honeslty like it better. I think its more fun to drive. I dont mind it at all.

Im not so much worried about driving with them disconnected, Im just concered about the effects it will have like will it cause any problems

I think it is a waste of time and money. I am also apparently 1 of about 3 people in the entire world that think so. Read the linked thread and make your own decision. It has some thoughtful discussion in it.

Idk im just tryin to see if there would be any like extra stress on the parts or will the bump stops prrty much stop that

No real difference in stress on the other suspension parts, they will work just like normal. Best thing is to give it a try without the sway bar and see how it affects your truck and driving style. Some folks find it makes little difference or even makes handling better without the sway bars. Others find it makes handling far worse, so a lot depends on the driver. And try it disconnected off road as well. Then you can decide for yourself what works best:

No more/less stress on any parts, wait actually less seeing how you'll never have to replace sway bar bushings again!

Ive been driving it on the road an i actually enjoy it more. When I get my bj spacers from u 4crawler and install my LC coils then i will se how it does off road.

With BJ spacers and the sway bar off you can do this

this was informing my bushing broke on mine and i thought about replacing it or removing the sway bar im going to removed the bar

If I take/ disconnect my
Sway bars do I need extended brake lines has anyone had problems

Generally not on IFS. Easy test is to disconnect the end link and then lift the front end up in the air and let the suspension go to full droop (on the bump stops), and if the brake line is still slack, then you are good to go since you can't get any lower than that, sway bar or not. Actually, if you let both tires hit full droop, no need to even disconnect the sway bar.
